AGM Agenda & Committee Report

2010 AGM - 22 January 2010

Members are advised that the AGMwill be held in the pavilion at 8:00 pm on 22 January 2010. This year, for the first time, you will receive a paper copy of the documents ONLY if you are not on our system (or we don't have an email address for you.

You can see a copy of the Meeting Notice here - the emails were sent out on 28 December 2009 and paper copies are being sent out on 30 December.
Please try to attend the meeting.
