Match report After losing the toss it wasn't too disappointing to have to bowl first on a muggy day. Good new ball spells from Immy and Lau meant that runs were hard to come by, even if the early wickets proved illusive. In the end, Immy only went for 16 runs off his 7 overs, and Lau for 37 off of a rather long 17 over opening spell, beating the bat regularly and finally picking up a wicket thanks to some sharp work by James Bee behind the stumps. Andy Sheldon picked up his third 5 wicket haul of the season, putting the ball in good areas as always and making the batsmen do the hard work, backed up by good catching in the field by Matt and Imran. Steve Greaves and Ali Bee kept the runs increasingly hard to come by, conceeding only 20 runs between them off the last 10 overs, with Chalfont ending on 126-8 from 52 overs.

In reply, Risborough started uncertainly, losing three early wickets before the innings was steadied by Farhan Khan and James Bee. Farhan eventually fell for another well played 24, and then James and Lau put on 60 for the forth wicket, picking up singles and putting away the bad balls. James was eventually out for a game high 42 with the victory line in sight, crossed by Lau with an unbeaten 21, as Risborough won by 5 wickets.
