Slough 3 v Princes Risborough Cricket Club 1st XI on Sat 15 Jun 2013 at 1.00pm
Princes Risborough Cricket Club Lost by wickets

Match report After winning the toss and electing to bat, wickets fell at an alarming rate, as we at one point were 55-7. Then experience and character in the form of Andy Hitchcock and Steve Greaves came together to put on 74 for the 9th wicket before Hitch was out for the top score of 41 including 6 boundaries. Steve kept the runs ticking over, and was eventually dismissed for 37 including his best timed for four sweep for several years. Thanks to Hitch and Steve, Ris finished with what seemed to be a reasonably competitive 153 from a reduced 46 overs.

In reply for once the new ball bowling was not up to usual standards as attacking batting led to a flurry of boundaries. The change bowlers Ali Bee and Andy Sheldon both bowled well, with Ali taking two wickets in 11 overs, backed up by Andy. However the damage was already done and Slough knocked off the runs for four wickets.

Overall a disappointing, and well below par team performance.
